Rooted Swim is a small-batch swimwear brand committed to maintaining sustainable and ethical practices within our company.

Above all, we value an open and transparent relationship with our customers and partners, as we work together to grow our brand as environmentally friendly and ethically responsible as possible.

Here are some ways we uphold our promise of sustainability and ethical practices:

Fabric

Italian Carvico Fabrics

These fabrics are made using recycled bottles, fishing nets and other ocean waste. Fabrics are sunscreen, chlorine, and pilling resistant and are made with eco-friendly dyes.

Materials

- We use non-toxic, biodegradable Cassava Starch bags to pack our products
- Orders are shipped using recycled poly mailers

- For larger orders, we reuse cardboard boxes

Ethical Manufacturing

In order to care for the planet, we must care for each other. We work with ethical manufactures to ensure that employees are compensated and cared for.

Employees receive:

Competitive wages well over the minimum salary
PTO and holiday pay

Are served a fresh, nutritious, hot meal daily
Optional overtime where they are paid at least time and a half or up to three times their hourly rate
