Items are eligible for returns 30 days after receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with the original tags in tact.
To Start a Return for an Order from our Website or Instagram/Facebook
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number or log in here with the email address used to place the order. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on mailing your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To Start a Return for an Order Placed on TikTok Shop
Unfortunately, for orders placed on TikTok Shop, we don't have the ability to start the return process. You'll need to begin it from the app on your end.
TIKTOK SHOP RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Go to Profile page > Settings and privacy (“≡” in the top-right corner) > Orders > The order details page > Tap "Request refund" >
Choose refund type as “Return and refund” > Select reason fo your return application > Submit Please choose "Self-arrangement" or "Drop-off" as the return method at your convenience and upload the tracking number of the returned package within 5 days if you choose "Self-arrangement".
Please note: your return request may not proceed successfully. If the tracking number of the returned package is not updated within 5 days if it's shipped by "Self- arrangement" mode. The incorrect item was returned. The order exceeded the valid return period.
Damages and issues
All of our products are inspected before shipping to ensure every product upholds our standards. In the unlikely event that a garment is faulty, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include images of the faulty/damaged product so we can sort out any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear. Please see our swimsuit care instructions to keep your swimsuits at their best.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Items marked "FINAL SALE"
- Giveaway or gifted items
- Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more
- Gift Cards
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will update you with a return status once we’ve received and inspected your purchase. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are not liable for packages lost in the mail. If you suspect a package has been lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed with USPS.
