Rooted Swim Return and Exchange Policy

Items are eligible for returns 30 days after receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with the original tags in tact.

To start a return, you can contact us at rootedswim@gmail.com with your full name and order number. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on mailing your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All of our products are inspected before shipping to ensure every product upholds our standards. In the unlikely event that a garment is faulty, contact us as soon as possible at rootedswim@gmail.com. Please include images of the faulty/damaged product so we can sort out any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear. Please see our swimsuit care instructions to keep your swimsuits at their best.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items marked as FINAL SALE, items redeemed from a giveaway or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will update you with a return status once we’ve received and inspected your purchase. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
