When will my order ship?
We work to ship orders as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours unless notified otherwise.
How can I start a return?
Items are eligible for returns 30 days after receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with the original tags in tact. Items marked 'Final Sale' will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will update you with a return status once we’ve received and inspected your purchase. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
